2. Garment inspection procedure

After all materials are inspected by our office as above, we ship them to the factory warehouse.

1st step: QC inspect materials again before bulk.
2nd step: Make PPS with bulk materials.
3nd step: Adjust pattern according to shrinkage and PPS.
4th step: QC not only controls quality from cutting to the packing, but also guides workers
to have correct artwork, color combination and good looking by better way.
5th step: QC tests waterproof 3 times at least each day.
6th step: QC inspects each product individual before shipping out.
7th step: QC supports and thanks to inspector from customers.
